A referral is classed as successful when:
The referred business is new to Stradcom
They sign up for an eligible service
They spend £100 or more within their first 3 months
Their account remains active and in good standing
Once these conditions are met, your referral discount will be applied automatically.
The referral discount is capped at 10% of the referrer’s next eligible invoice or £100, whichever is reached first. Discounts cannot be carried over to future invoices or exchanged for cash.
An eligible invoice refers to the next monthly invoice only following confirmation of a successful referral. Referral discounts cannot be applied to future invoices, past invoices, or non-monthly charges.
